What to email us about
- Something wrong or out of date. Tell us the page and what you think is wrong. We check every correction against the primary source (gov.uk, Ofgem, MCS and so on) and fix it. How we research.
- Press and data. Our analysis, like what it costs to heat every UK house type, is built from public sources we name on the page. Ask if you'd like the figures behind it or a comment.
- A follow-up email about your quote request.Reply to it, or use the link in it, and we'll stop or update it.
What we can't help with
- Getting quotes. Use the quote form: it takes about a minute and goes straight to installers who cover your postcode.
- A complaint about an installer.Raise it with the installer first, then with MCS (mcscertified.com) or the consumer code they belong to, such as RECC. We pass quote requests on through our comparison partner but don't carry out installations.
- Your energy bill or supplier.Contact your supplier, then the Energy Ombudsman if it isn't resolved.
